Linden Homes

In Spring 2006, Wriglesworth took on a dedicated brief to promote Linden Homes’ flagship development, Water Colour in Redhill, Surrey. Water Colour is the regeneration of the former Holmethorpe sand quarry into a new 500 home community, incorporating a 25-acre nature reserve. We were briefed to promote Water Colour as a shining example of sustainable development, and we have developed the scheme's entire PR strategy, from organising the initial corporate launch event to ongoing media management. We have established Water Colour as one of the South East’s leading developments, maintaining a constant presence throughout the national press as well as in the local news pages.
