Property Portfolio Rescue
The Wriglesworth Consultancy launched Property Portfolio Rescue as a new property recovery specialist, offering a lifeline to small business owners, buy to let landlords and developers wishing to divest their property portfolio quickly and discreetly.
The campaign involved a national and trade press launch, market commentary and the design and publication of a new Distress Index, which uses enquiry levels from distressed sellers to measure the current level of crisis and forecast future mortgage possession, liquidations and unemployment. The campaign has successfully raised the profile of PPR throughout the wider property and financial industries and enquiries to the company have been increasing steadily since the beginning of the year.
