Wriglesworth was hired to publicise the launch of, and drive web traffic to, Smartlandlord.co.uk - a website dedicated to selling various forms of insurance to landlords and buy-to-let investors in the UK. Hits in The Guardian, The Times, Daily Telegraph, and the Investors Chronicle helped build the brand – although the release that gained the most coverage was one on the amount of money the UK’s landlords waste on lettings agents. Traffic was driven directly to the site with relentless calls to national media outlets, to have name checks in online articles transformed into hyperlinks.
